This consolidated Report is the result of the research and innovation Work Package 2, that serves as the foundational driver of the GreenHost project, designed to create new knowledge and define the starting point for the subsequent Work Packages and tasks.

This guideline outlines the specifications for national and international mobilities foreseen within the GreenHost project. It provides a common framework for how each partner country will implement and document their recruitment processes. The aim is to ensure effective collaboration between project partners, VET centres, universities, students, professionals and the tourism industry.

This guideline brings together all the contractual materials and practical arrangements for the GreenHost project’s mobilities. Specifically, it includes the educational guidelines for national internships and international study visits, the corresponding learning agreements, insurance requirements, and the certification procedures associated with these activities.

This analysis of the seven National Policy Reports, based on the GreenHost project countries, highlights the socio-economic weight of tourism and hospitality in all partner countries, but also reveals significant structural weaknesses and challenges.

It emphasizes the growing importance of environmental certifications, circular-economy practices, energy efficiency, and vocational training focused on green and digital competencies.
