DELIVERABLES
D2.1 - Sectoral, educational and entrepreneurial current situations and needs assessment of target groups
This consolidated Report is the result of the research and innovation Work Package 2, that serves as the foundational driver of the GreenHost project, designed to create new knowledge and define the starting point for the subsequent Work Packages and tasks.
D2.2 - Initial pool of good practices
This consolidated Report explores exemplary practices in sustainable development, particularly within the context of sustainable tourism and hospitality management. It emphasizes innovative approaches that aim to minimize environmental impacts while promoting social and economic responsibility among businesses and organizations.
D2.3 - Agenda of potential pathways for innovation and collaboration
This document aims to identify and outline key EU funding programmes aimed at strengthening innovation, skills development, and sustainable transitions across Europe. The initiatives listed focus on fostering collaboration between education, industry, and research to address pressing economic, environmental, and societal challenges. Based on them, the GreenHost partners will develop an innovation project proposal that will be submitted as D2.4, in order to maximize the sustainability of the project in the future.
D3.2 - Specification of requirements for the online platform and content
This document defines the specifications and requirements for the development of GreenHost's Online Transnational Cooperation Platform, which aims to facilitate cooperation, communication and training opportunities among stakeholders of the hospitality and tourism management industry across different countries. The Platform will provide a secure, user-friendly, and scalable digital environment to support networking, knowledge sharing, reskilling and upskilling
D4.1 - Training materials for teachers and trainers (labour market - sustainability - entrepreneurship)
This document addresses the critical need for updated and innovative training materials designed specifically for teachers and trainers, aiming to bridge the gap between classroom instructions and professional practice in the wider hospitality management sector. The developed materials also promote the application of self-assessment tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and learner outcomes.
